Our areas of specialisation.

FROM VISION TO REALITY

“It all began with the two of us – I, a cardiologist, and my wife, a nutritionist – united by a shared passion for promoting health and well-being,” says Dr. Roberts Feders. Their desire to share knowledge and make a meaningful impact inspired them to establish a center that would offer patients comprehensive, modern healthcare. Taking the first steps, they invested in the clinic’s first diagnostic device, laying the foundation for a patient-centered approach.

In the very first year, the team expanded with the addition of an arrhythmologist, a vascular surgeon, and a cardiac surgeon – significantly enhancing the clinic’s capabilities and ensuring the highest standards of care.

Today, six years later, the clinic has grown into a robust medical Center with a team of 35 highly qualified specialists. Continuous development and innovation enable the Center to offer the most advanced and effective diagnostic and treatment methods. The Center’s mission is clear: to provide exceptional and comprehensive internal medicine care by combining a team of dedicated professionals, state-of-the-art technology, and accumulated expertise – helping each patient live a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Vision.

Recognizing the close connection between heart health and other organ systems, our goal is to establish a multidisciplinary internal medicine center that integrates specialists in cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, and other key medical fields.

At the same time, we strive to become a center of excellence in echocardiography and sonography, offering advanced diagnostic capabilities that support more accurate disease detection and more effective treatment. Our Center is dedicated to providing the highest level of healthcare – delivering outstanding diagnostics and therapies to achieve optimal treatment outcomes and enhance patients’ quality of life.

Our journey and accomplishments.

We have provided qualified medical care to over 10,000 patients and performed more than 20,000 consultations and diagnostic examinations, including:

  • 6,600 cardiology consultations
  • 6,100 echocardiography examinations
  • 3,900 electrocardiogram (ECG) tests
  • 2,000 Holter monitoring procedures
  • 2,800 exercise stress tests (cycle ergometry)

Our Center has established a successful partnership with the Deutsches Herzzentrum der Charité, offering patients the opportunity to continue their treatment at one of Europe’s leading cardiology centers. Additionally, we actively collaborate with the European Society of Cardiology’s Working Group on Myocardial and Pericardial Diseases, as well as with the Charité Cardiomyopathy Department, working alongside distinguished specialists including Dr. med. Bettina Heidecker and Dr. med. Carsten Tschöpe. Furthermore, we maintain close cooperation with family physicians throughout Latvia to ensure timely diagnosis and comprehensive care for our patients.

The need for enhanced care.

The challenge.

  • Cardiovascular diseases remain the leading cause of mortality worldwide, accounting for a significant proportion of all deaths in OECD countries (2023, Health at a Glance, OECD).
  • The rising incidence of coronary and structural heart diseases highlights the urgent need for accurate, timely diagnostics and multidisciplinary care.

Our goal is to reduce the risks of cardiovascular diseases through comprehensive, evidence-based diagnostics and treatment, while empowering patients with knowledge and support for a healthier future.
