Emergency medical assistance is provided in situations involving sudden complaints such as chest pain, shortness of breath, a heart rate above 140 beats per minute or below 40 beats per minute, dizziness, loss of consciousness, impaired movement or speech, as well as anaphylactic shock. In such cases, immediate medical intervention is required.
