Dr. Feders Center provides qualified outpatient care for patients experiencing mild to severe alcohol intoxication, offering effective rehydration therapy, management of alcohol withdrawal (hangover) symptoms, detoxification, and ongoing medical supervision. These services are available both at the day care unit and at the patient’s residence, with the option to request a doctor’s home visit.

All treatments are administered under medical supervision, following an assessment of the patient’s health condition and an individually tailored therapeutic approach. The goal is rapid physiological recovery, symptom relief, and patient stabilization, ensuring the highest possible standard of care.

The following medical services are available at the Dr. Feders Center Day Care Unit:

• Consultation with a psychiatrist-psychotherapist and addiction specialist (narcologist);
• Consultation with a cardiologist;
• Psychological assessment;
• Testing for psychoactive substances; determination of blood alcohol concentration (via breath or blood analysis);
• Physician home visit.
