The program includes 5 examinations:

• Electrocardiogram (ECG) – to assess heart rhythm and function.
• Echocardiography – a visual evaluation of the heart’s structure and function.
• Cardiopulmonary exercise test – to analyze exercise tolerance as well as heart and respiratory system performance.
• Abdominal ultrasound – for the diagnosis of internal organ conditions.
• Thyroid ultrasound – to evaluate thyroid structure and identify potential pathologies.

At the concluding consultation, a family doctor reviews all examination results and provides a professional health assessment, conclusions, and recommendations for further prevention or treatment.
